Programancer Here's the thing, *I* understand this isn't a rip-off of CV. But Konami has a legal obligation to protect their IPs. While this is a completely separate IP *YOU* created, the ? the court will ask is, "Would the AVERAGE person think this is a Konami/CV game?" It could be tough.Permalink On twitter.com

Programancer The games you're pointing to have a big difference to yours.. they FEEL like CV games.. yours LOOKS like CV. I really doubt they'd come after you just because Konami has its head up its rear, but it is something to keep in mind. I do wish you success!On twitter.com
